Brothers Main Appliance Distribution Center

I purchased a GE profile all in one washer and dryer and install and delivery from them. when it was delivered, they damaged the floors in the laundry room. The delivery guys told myself and my boyfriend that they would have someone reach out to us about making it right. They never reached out. I had to send them a email after a month of waiting. They give us the runaround and are refusing to fix it or make it right even though we have date and timestamp pictures of the damage from the day it was delivered, and we have pictures from before the machine was delivered, and there is no damage. Also, the flooring was brand new and this was the first washing machine ever put in the laundry room. They still refused to make it right. do not do business with brothers main!!! We will never do business with them again We proved to them proof beyond any doubt they caused the damage and they still refused to make it right. My salesperson, Chris Johns was informative and was able to answer my questions when purchasing my refrigerator. The delivery people, Terrance and Jay where very polite and very careful when moving the new regrigerator in the house. Which was nice.They also explained what I needed to do with the new regrigerator right away. Very happy with how everything went.
