Grand Appliance is great to work with and I highly recommend them. However, it is my opinion, and others, that appliances are garbage across the board these days (unless you go ultra high-end). The manufacturers call it 'value manufacturing', but it's really 'designed obsolescence'. Still, Grand Appliance is awesome, the people are great to work with, the prices are fair or even better than others, and their delivery service team, execution, and communication are fantastic. I highly recommend Grand Appliance to anyone, and we will continue to buy our appliances from them for years to come. It's true, "they don't make them like they used to". It's not on Grand Appliance, it's the fancy new world we live in where stuff's just meant to break so you can keep buying it over and over, pump the service sector, and opt-into extended warranty plans. To that point I highly suggest opting into the protection plan through Grand Appliance. It will likely be worth every penny over the relatively short life of your appliance.

Derek Neiman did an excellent job explaining our options for slid in gas ranges. He was professional and courteous. No high pressure tactics. It was a pleasure working with him. I would highly recommend Grand Appliance for purchasing any type of home appliance. We have purchased many appliances there over 17+ years and have always had a good experience.

When looking for a new microwave and fridge, I shopped at Home Depot & Grand Appliance. While Home Depot might have been $150 less, when I asked for an estimate, then told me to place the products in a cart online and that would walk me through the charges while Derek @ Grand Appliance, printed me out an estimate so I couldn’t make a mistake. The delivery was amazing!! 3 guys came, had to take 2 outside doors off the hinges, found my water to turn it off and installed both appliances being SUPER careful not to damage anything in my home. They were super fun while they worked too!! Highly recommend for excellent customer service from sales to delivery!!

Grand Appliance has a well-lit and well-stocked showroom, and organized. Sales staff are knowledgeable and available to answer any questions but not hover. Products are competitively priced. Delivery time was short. The delivery team was VERY efficient and careful.
