Appliance El Progresso

I went to purchased a stove this morning from EL Progresso Appliances Beatriz was very helpful and respectful she made me welcomed I was able to get me a stove around my price ranges she is such a sweetheart I will definitely return to her store and I will recommend my family and friends to go shop at they appliances store.

Me and my partner got two appliances last November and both work great! We got a stove and a fridge and we are not disappointed. We live on the second floor of our apartment and when they delivered them they were so quick, took less than an hour. They even quickly took the door off so the fridge could fit trough the doors. Also, the fridge had an issue about a month after purchase but they sent someone out and they fixed it right away and it hasn’t had an issue since. Thanks !

They sold me a stove that didn’t work, so they didn’t deliver it. Then they got a replacement, delivered it, didn’t install it, AND they just left it in my kitchen when I asked them to take it back and give me a refund. What’s worse is they were trying to charge me an extra $100 claiming that it was new even though it clearly wasn’t. I like to support the businesses in my neighborhood, but this place is completely unprofessional and should rethink the way they do business.

It was unprofessional the people were rude and didnt deliver at all when they said they would, some of the men there were bilingual but played it off as if they didnt speak english thankfully so was I. They kept pushing back the delivery time i called very hour to see if they were ready or not and they yelled at me. I was nothing but polite and patient and they were suppose to deliver by 2 now its 7 pm he called me 30 minutes before saying he was on the way I waited and now the place is closed. I hope I can get my money back or I'm involving the police, all I know is DONT SHOP HERE they're scammers.
