Colder's Furniture, Appliances, and Mattresses

I went to Colders-West Allis to buy a mattress and I do not have that much money. The salesman Thomas listen to what I wanted in a mattress and he showed me four different varieties. He waited patiently while I tested all of them. He mentioned a special clearance on one mattress that was 1/4 It’s original price. It was a line they were carrying designed by the Property Brothers. It is nice and soft for a 70-year-old lady. When I got it home, I was able to sleep straight through the night because there were no pressure points. The selection at Colder's is remarkable, and I'm confident I bought the right stuff for my home. He earned my complete trust-- he spoke kindly about his team, knew the benefits of the products, and he made my choices easy because he listened to my needs. What impressed me the most was how Thomas guided me though experiencing the products. He asked the right amount of questions to figure out what I wanted, he listened, and he talked me through trying them. He was friendly, genuine, and never once spoke poorly about one product to make a more expensive product look better. If a feature came with a price tag, I understood the value without sales jargon or gimmicks. He knew the products, knew what I wanted, and he helped me find exactly what I needed. There was absolutely no sales runaround from him; I understood exactly what I was paying for, and why. Simply outstanding. Frankly, I am astonished I had such an excellent experience shopping for a mattress. If I were in the business, I could not imagine a better person representing my brand.
