Him and his brother were very professional and knowledgeable when hooking up the fridge and water as well, and didn’t leave until it was down to their standards. The business was clean and very organized, any questions I had he answered them and knew what he was talking bout. Well it started out good. But right off the dryer did not work right. Kept throwing a code and shut down. It took several texts like 5 texts and a week to get him out to fix. Well his fix didn't work. Said he order the right part. A new ecu. Well after 8 to 12 text messages over several weeks he never returned a message. So I bought a broken new dryer. Isn't that great

100% best customer service I've ever dealt with. I got my washer and dryer at a great price. The washer had a few minor issues but they took care of everything asap with no issues. Great communication and service. Will buy from D2D again!
