Happy Sales

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE. For the first time, I risked buying an appliance from a shop like this and it was a disaster. I bought an LG sidekick washer through their FB marketplace profile ( Ray Sales) and it was labeled as “sealed” brand new. But that wasn’t true. I drove 2+ hours to this sketchy shop which was closed midday , and bought it from the guy. Once I reached home and hooked it up I realized the line already had water in them and all the pipes internally were damaged (which they for sure knew about or did themselves). What they do is that they open the box in front of you and show the cosmetics stuff(plastic wrapping left on there and pipes still packed up), so you’d think that it’s brand new but internally the unit is damaged and they know about it. When I reached back out to him, he gave vague responses and gave it away that this was all done purposely for a quick buck. I asked for assistance, refund (full or partial), or replacement but the guy ignored my messages and calls. It sucks that these people waste your time and money for a quick buck. Just buy from a reputed store and spend the little extra money. Don’t make the mistake I did. Don’t fall for the cheap prices. Not worth it.

Ray and his crew were friendly and helpful! The selection is excellent AND THE PRICES CANNOT BE BEAT!! Don't let the unmarked building fool you - everything we saw was new (some unboxed) and quality name brand. We will definitely be back and highly recommend shopping here if you are looking for reduced prices on QUALITY appliances and furniture. What a find!!!!

Very happy with my experience. Went in to look at one of the products, he pulled it out of the box so I could look over the item. There was a small dent in the item, he immediately gave me a nice discount and was willing to haggle. This is a new business and is still renovating so I had to walk through some of the renovations, which was a bit suspect. But once the renovations are done it will be a great place for a wide variety of products.
