Buy from Milwaukee Appliance. Period. They are knowledgeable. They are a local business. They support and repair all the products they sell. They will not hang you out to dry when something goes wrong (it will eventually) like the big box stores will. My family has bought many appliances from them, and we will continue to do so. I was having trouble communicating with an AI voice at another appliance service company. Fortunately, I found a real person answering the phone at Milwaukee Appliance. A real person called back to confirm the repair appointment. And a very real person, Dana, appeared on time to complete the scheduled repair. This was an exceptional customer service experience…particularly compared to the AI voice.
