I cannot say enough about how amazing my experience was. Such a wonderful family owned business. They were so accommodating. They delivered and removed my appliances and in such a short time! Plus, they even threw in detergent for my new washer/dryer. I highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Sara’s Appliances! We purchased a stainless steel GE stove, GE refrigerator, and a Whirlpool washer and dryer from them, and I truly cannot recommend them enough. The original washer and dryer set we chose had an issue with the dryer before delivery. Instead of just showing up with a problem, they called us right away, explained the situation, and gave us options. We could either wait for the repair or choose a newer, even nicer set at no additional cost. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. Everyone we worked with was wonderful—from the dad, to the two daughters, Sara and Clarissa, and the brother. Even their watchdog and their cat, Tesoro (“Treasure” in Spanish), made the experience memorable! They treated us like family. The appliances were all very clean, gently used, and exactly as described. They communicated every step of the process, were very affordable, and even cleaned up after themselves during delivery, despite us telling them they didn’t have to. Any time I had a question no matter how small they answered the phone and took the time to explain how to use the appliances. Their patience, kindness, and integrity truly set them apart. If you’re looking for quality appliances at reasonable prices from people who genuinely care about their customers, Sara’s Appliances is the place to go. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful process such a positive experience! We will definitely be back and recommend Sara’s Appliances to our friends and family!

There is no Refunds, You buy as is, I know you are better off buying new then used. When you are charging your customers $250 to $350 for a washer. The washer should work without a dout or you shouldn't be selling it. The washer was fixed after a back and forth, After 30 days give or take a day, the washer stopped working again. $100 services charge for a washer that didn't work in the 1st place. So small business or not, that is bad business. In the end the junk man made off good.

I bought a stove this past Monday & was delivered on Thursday morning on time... it was hooked up and everything worked great but the oven didn't heat up... I called the store & explained the situation & came out today & took care of the issue!! I also got FREE delivery, a 1 year warranty on parts & they removed my old stove for $20!!! I found this place thru FB marketplace... This is a family owned small business... So yes, as a small business owner myself, mistakes happen...I would buy from them again as they have very reasonable prices, stand by their warranties, great communication!! If people want something new, simply go to Home depot , Lowes, Menards, etc... guess what? THEY also sell customers defective appliances !!!! If you care more bout how a appliance looks on the outside more than how it should actually work then go buy from corporate then!!! small minded people will NEVER appreciate the risks, hard work, commitment, loyalty that a small business goes thru daily just to keep their heads above water!!! I HIGHLY recommend buying from them!!!

If you want perfect and last forever, buy new! Of course older and used means you take your chances no matter how they repair or clean before you get it. Be realistic. These are just everyday people making a living. Usually our go-to for our rental properties. Decent appliances at decent prices.
