Thank you Second Hand appliances for the great customer service I received. It was middle of winter I had no car I made a phone call and told them what I was looking for, they sent photos for me to choose from and delivered my dryer the next day. When I had some issues with my dryer Juan came to check it out right away, he even ended up switching it out and replacing it with a new dryer a few weeks down the line as I was still having a issue. They give a 3 month warranty and that is a great amount of time to determine and issues. Thank you again for going above and beyond!! I am enjoying my new dryer and am now looking to purchase a stove from them as well.

I purchased a gas double door stove and a refrigerator for my daughter and grandchildren. The stove leaks gas, the top oven does not heat up at all, leaks gas all the time, we had to take the carbon dioxide alarm out of the house. The bottom oven heats, however it is just about 100 degrees off, so you have to watch the food at all times. Everything taste like gas from the upper stove. The burners work, however, not that good... we have cleaned them and they are just obnoxious with the flames now. The refrigerator works just barely, the temperature in the refrigerator is stuck and it freezes everything. We put it in the basement for extra frozen food. Just not a good experience with the appliances. We gave her our old refrigerator for the kids, we are now searching for a gas stove that doesn't leak gas. My daughter and 4 disabled grandchildren deserve better.

Shalom appliances , customer service and delivery was so perfect ! I purchased a stove and refrigerator from them in great condition . Fridge works amazing along with stove . The lady was so nice and prices were very affordable . Delivery was even awesome they hooked up my stove n fridge in a matter of minutes they were amazing the whole experience is amazing . Can’t wait to purchase my dryer from you guys . This is my new appliance store from now on . Ty guys

I recently needed a new gas stove. I ended up purchasing the matching refrigerator as well. They worked with me when it came to delivering as I needed the stove ASAP. They delivered with ease (even taking the door off). Also got a warranty! Best customer service!!! This is your place to go!! Lots of selection and very affordable!!!
