The location looks and seems nice. The sheer incompetence is astounding. This was not just once, fully sent a $2000 wrong item once. Now the second time. I called twice, confirmed the items I required. Was told they would be pulled. Arrived no items pulled. Tried to give me the wrong item again. Then was told I had been invoice and one of the items was not able to be found. I traveled 9 hours round trip. Was told that these things happen. Then the manager Naomi began to get angry with me. I did nothing wrong. 9 hours, was told that this was a inconvenience for THEM. Between the incompetent demeanor or Naomi and the 2 at the front desk. This business has no ability for accountability or honor. Get your ducks in a row or be left in the dusk. Amateur business posing as professional.
