Upon entering the store, we were asked if we needed help and I explained I was looking to purchase a Mother’s Day gift for my daughter. We looked at several items and ended up with the oils and vinegar’s tasted many decided on one … unfortunately, while I was doing that, no one came up to me and offered any assistance
I walked up to one of the sales people who was in a different aisle instead of even acknowledging me she turned around and walked off towards the register, I followed her over to the register at which time she said “are you ready to check out”?
and I told her no because no one‘s helped me to buy anything yet BTW one customer other than me in the store it was 1:30 or 2:00
So disappointed it’s my first visit to a new store in Fairbanks. They really need to step up their game….
