Appliance Service Company

This company saved my Thanksgiving!! The heating element went out on my stove the day before Thanksgiving. I walked in with a busted element and no make or model number for my stove. I showed them the element and they had one in stock. I cannot speak highly enough about how helpful and friendly they were. I would definitely recommend this company for all commercial and residential appliance needs.

10/24/2025 - called your business at 12;40 p.m. to cancel service call to Chena Small Tracts Allers home in Fairbanks. Of course, the service guy showed up at 1:45 p.m. to inspect the refrigerator for $150. 15 minutes later: Your refrigerator is not worth repairing, get a new one. Please pay me my $150. Don't do business with these folk if you can help it.

We had our drier and glass top stove repair spending $$$$ then my dryer belt broke then calling them then the receptionist was rude telling me it would be over a week before someone could look at the dryer which takes less than 5 minutes to look at, we will never call them back for anything else ever again. We chosen Nothpole Appliance repair as our new place. This place needs to fire the receptionist/appointment lady because she could have talked to one of the techs to see if they could stop by to order the part but she didn’t bother. WORST Customer Service Ever.
