They provide excellent service. If you're in a bind on a Sunday, that's the place to go. Got dryer parts and I felt the price was reasonable!

Had exactly what we needed. Super nice and great place to get parts or repair.

Gave us a good deal on a washer and dryer set. Wouldn’t recommend them though. Dryer worked once and then the motor completely died

Loved them at first they offered 60 day warranty thought ok yeah cheap dryer what we needed and then when I needed to use that warranty and it hasn't been the 60 days they wanted to charge 100$ I had to remind them when I got the dryer because he didn't look at his records when we got the dryer didn't charge us then we had almost simliar issue literally that same day we kept trying to call while also hoping it was just the wrinkle part and when we got a hold of them first time oh yeah they we will be by that day to come get it to fix it never showed up tried again next week they needed an extra hand.... I get it you only have your son.... helping you take it to the shop to fix it but my friend got a cut (he had to bandage it up and it kept bleeding for a bit) while trying to help load it then you are trying to charge us claiming it was an only 1 time warranty when it wasn't mentioned when we originally purchased the dryer wanting 30$ for a part we didn't know the vent needed cleaning..... because we just got it that day and it was acting up after second use that day very sketchy will not go back......Do not rely on them to repair stuff because they will blame you or not come by unless you constantly call.... Good to get appliances maybe but very sketchy and iffy...

Bought a dryer, loved the idea of a 60-day free repair warranty. Then, 10 days from the end of warranty, the dryer quits drying. Called them, they get the wrong address the first time, then get the right address and come pick it up. Try to charge me $120 when they drop it back off. Explained its still under warranty and they waived the charge. The repair lasted a day before the dryer quit again, this time it took me nearly a week and 4 calls to get them to pick it up and it was supposed to be dropped off 2 days ago. Theyre also charging me $30 for parts due to the fact that their warranty apparently only covers the first repair.
