If I could give 6 stars, I would. We had a well known & respected Torrance Appliance repair co check our Kitchen Aid refrigerator. They said I should just buy a new one (+ $14k). Alex came, assessed multiple problems, quoted us, and made the lengthy repairs at a very reasonable (very low to me) labor fee. Refrig works! and after his steam cleaning, looks brand new! We found Alex, an engineer from Europe, honest with remarkable mechanical-electrical knowledge. Such a nice interesting man too.

I stupidly tipped over my Frigidaire freezer on its side to clean the coils and ruined the compressor. I found Alex from Yelp where he has a 4.9 star rating and lots of positive reviews. Alex and his team came over quickly and gave me an estimate for the compressor and installation and coolant charging. It was a fair price. Alex did not up charge me for the part like many companies do. I got the compressor on my own and Alex installed it. A lot of other repair shops will not work with parts customers get on their own. The tech came on a Saturday and installed it within 2 hours. I have a working freezer again! Had been debating about buying a new one but I’m so glad I went with Alex. Thank you for the excellent service and for saving me a ton on a new freezer!
