Our tech was awesome. Only thing I found disconcerting was I was responsible for getting the required part. After all the run around, and then getting wrong part, I get it. Still, would I recommend this company and their tech? Yes. Doug. I get ya now! The correct part was shipped and received. Easy to get put on the calendar for install. Doug returned to install our freezer motor. Beyond satisfied with the service, the price, and his communication. Thank you for Doug. 100% recommend you and your company.

Trenton was my tech a few months ago when I started experiencing issues with my washer. He came by and for some reason I couldn't recreate what was happening so he didn't want to charge me for repairs it may not need. My dishwasher also needed some work on it so he was able to apply the service charge to that repair instead. A few months later my washer started acting up again and he was seriously SO great to work with. Kind. Very down to earth. Communicated every step of the way. After ordering a part he got me back up and running. Before narrowing it down to the control board he was super thorough and careful to eliminate any other possibilities. Would 10/10 recommend this company and specifically Able!

I cannot say enough about how professional and nice Robert Gomez was when repairing our LG front load washer! He swiftly diagnosed the issue and because the team asked about the brand and model, Robert had the part(s) and began the work immediately after our approval. He solved our stressful situation and put us at ease immediately upon arrival. What a great person and repair company! If you are looking for somebody reliable, knows what they're doing, has an awesome personality, and is a person with too many wonderful qualities to list then you need to use Able Appliance. I had Danny fix our oven. The element went out and cracked in half it took like maybe 15 minutes. Their prices are fair and service top notch! Thank you Danny for everything and thank you Able for being the best Appliance service that I've ever had!

Our washing machine concerns were diagnosed and repaired by Ricky. Ricky was timely, friendly and values good communication. I can have some grace for Ricky showing up with a dead power drill battery, necessitating him having to leave to return to his home and grab an extra battery. I also have some grace for Ricky initially informing us that we needed our washer replaced, but then calling us 20 minutes later after leaving our home, saying that he was wrong and that the washer can indeed be repaired. However, the reason for my 3 star review is largely because Ricky and his helper did not clean up after themselves. Per the attached images, there was grease on the exterior of the washer and especially the dryer. There were also 2 old parts removed from the washer that were left on the floor. I am also a service professional, and in my view, the job is not done until you clean up.
