I recently used their appliance repair service for a broken oven igniter and a faulty refrigerator compressor. The technician, Mike, was professional, arrived on time, and clearly explained the issue before starting. He replaced the igniter and adjusted the thermostat, and then tested the fridge over several hours to ensure it held temperature. The labor cost seemed fair — a service call fee plus parts came to about $120 more than the initial estimate, but Mike offered to waive a portion of the labor because a part was delayed. Overall communication was good, workmanship solid — I’d give them 4 stars and would use them again for future appliance issues.

I just dealt with A & B Appliances yesterday to have a fridge delivered. My experience with this company was positive all around. First and foremost, I needed a fridge of a specific width, and it's not common. After calling around, A & B was the only used appliance store that had what I needed. The price was affordable, the woman with whom I spoke, was very informative and helpful. Finally, the delivery guy was really friendly and professional. I highly recommend these folks.

I purchased a used fridge for a reasonable price from these guys. They were able to have it delivered within an hour. About a month later the fridge stopped working and (on Labor Day) they sent out a technician to fix the issue. He handled it in about 30 minutes and there was no charge!! I figured they were honest guys with the “god bless” printed at the bottom of their receipts!! Highly recommend.
