Absolutely outstanding, top-tier service from Appliance Brothers technicians Hugo, Justice, and Kayden. They came highly recommended to me, and they completely lived up to--and even exceeded--that recommendation in every possible way. My refrigerator is quite old, and I truly didn't think it had much of a chance--but Hugo, Justice, and Kayden did an exceptionally thorough and impressive job diagnosing the issue and restoring it to perfect working condition. Their expertise, precision, and attention to detail were remarkable, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. Communication throughout the entire process was flawless. They were consistently polite, respectful, friendly, and highly professional, while also being incredibly patient and easy to talk to. They took the time to clearly and thoughtfully explain everything, making sure I fully understood the situation and felt completely comfortable with the repairs. Scheduling was unbelievably easy and convenient, and they made the entire repair process feel fast, seamless, and completely stress-free. They arrived promptly, worked diligently and efficiently, and resolved the problem much quicker than I expected. I was in need of a washer/dryer set, I found Appliance Brother Technicians through Facebook Marketplace and was able to see a variety of units they had available. I gave them a call to verify the units available, and within the next hour i was at their store purchasing a Washer/Dryer set. They went through each appliance to verify proper function, and control features, also provided me with a few parts for me to make my install effortless. Nothing short of 5 stars! Great customer service, very knowledgeable of the products they sell, and its always nice to support family owned businesses. If you ever need an appliance in a hurry, give them a call!
