Products do not work. You spend so much money here for things that dont work. The way they handle customers after they get your money is unbelievable. Instead of helping, the owner gave excuses, dodged responsibility, and acted like the problem was somehow my fault. Honestly, the whole experience felt shady from start to finish.

After buying an appliance from this store, The product stopped working almost immediately, and getting help afterward was a nightmare. The owner was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in making a sale than standing behind the products being sold. In my opinion, this business operates dishonestly. I feel like I was sold a defective appliance and then ignored when I tried to resolve the issue. I wasted my money, time, and energy dealing with this place. I would strongly recommend that people be very careful before purchasing anything here.

Harassing me for a mistake they made. Forgot to charge me for something and rather than learning from their mistake. They instead have resorted to harassing me with phone calls threatening that they will not honor my warranty if I don’t come back to pay additional money. Are you serious? You should be ashamed of yourselves for thinking that behavior is ok. Also, Check prices online. Most items are being sold at the new in store prices. If you don’t do your hw, they will overcharge you and mislead you into thinking you got a deal. When you call them out on the bad pricing. They adjust it as if it’s unknown to them initially that they were trying to scam you. This place is the ultimate crook spot and a total bait and switch gimmick. Go to the appliance discount store on Azusa and San Bernardino road and save yourself the headache. It’s 5 stars and consistently fantastic service. Not a wild card game of who will be screwed over next. THIS PLACE IS ONE GIANT SCAM AFTER THE OTHER. READ THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS. ITS A PATTERN OF DECEPTIVE BEHAVIOR.

Appliance TV Outlet offered an impressively wide choice of appliances. Our salesman, Lem, provided terrific service and answered our many questions with great patience and professionalism. Jorge and Oscar hauled away our old washing machine and delivered our new machine with skill and care, even though it involved a narrow and awkward staircase. They also carefully installed and leveled the machine with enviable expertise. The machine runs perfectly. We had a great experience at Appliance TV Outlet and would certainly buy from them again.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM APPLIANCE & TV OUTLET!!! Waiting 18 months for four missing freezer bins that were promised when I bought a freezer. A comedy of excuses and ignored calls and voicemails. Drove 1.5 each way (twice) to get issues resolved, with zero follow-up. Avoid doing business with Lem and Brandon. I teach my kids to keep their promises, to be ethical. It's a shame many adults do not follow those same principles. I've been remodeling for over 30 years. This has been the worst experience by far. Update: New owner (Brandon) is working on a resolution. Issues were with previous owner and an employee who is no longer with the company. Appreciate your efforts Brandon, and look forward to working with you.
