Bay Cities is the ONLY place I would ever by appliances in LA.
We recently had an issue with a Thermador appliance that was still under the manufacturer’s warranty. The store technically had no responsibility here, but they stepped in anyways. The owner personally got involved, advocated for us, and made sure Thermador honored the warranty and fixed the issue.
That kind of service is hard to find. You just do not get this level of follow-through from big box stores where you are dealing with different managers every time who don't value individual relationships.
This is a family-owned business that clearly cares about its customers long after the sale. Their selection is unmatched and if you want a business that goes above and beyond and offers real support and accountability, go here.
