Don't deal with these people.When I called to get a serial or model number because there was not one on the refrigerator that I bought , they told me that The numbers are taken off because they're used.I asked, could they look up my record?And they said that they didn't have it. When they Delivered the refrigerator there was no water line and I was Advised by The owner's daughter that they would ensure the waterline would work. The owner told me that he was going to charge me a hundred dollars for the waterline. And when I told him that I was not going to pay , he finally installed the waterline.

Had an excellent experience with Brans4 Appliances when purchasing a washer/dryer set for our home. While we could purchase anywhere (including new, at a big box retail store), we wanted to go with an older-style washer/dryer, due to their proven ability to last (versus the disposable junk they sell today). We went into the store and purchased a set from Sarai, who helped walk us through different options in the years/brands we were looking for. We knew what we wanted, so it was a quick in and out, and they were able to hold on to our set for a while, until we were ready for delivery. When delivery time came, Gerardo and Hector kept us posted throughout the entire process and took extra care to ensure that the upstairs delivery was done with care, keeping all the carpets clean and ensuring that every wall and the banisters were kept safe and dent-free. The washer/dryer set has been great, and we got exactly what we wanted -- what's not to love? Will definitely be recommending the Brans4 to anyone who needs reliable appliances with great follow-up and service that beats the competition!

We got both our washer and dryer from Brans4 and have been very happy with both. The customer service was excellent! They’re not pushy and they are extremely honest about their products. I found their prices to be more than fair, we paid $400 for a brand new washer that was OTB $600 (it had a dent or something). Highly recommend.

I recently got my Dryer serviced from a gal that the company sent and I have to say I did judge her and thought she didn’t know what she was talking about. Well jokes on me because my dryer has been working like new for the past week. Also , she explained the importance of maintaining your washers and dryers and how it can add extra years of life to your appliances. I am soo happy I did not have to buy a new dryer . She was great !
