After 2 days of driving to Santa Ana and all over for a washer , I called California Appliance Sales and Repair. We searched all over for a good older model washer with a agitator. Outstanding service and truthful about the quality of machine they repaired for us. Told me it was a fine machine, but if I did not want to spend the money to repair it, they had a fine used Speed Queen for a reasonable price, but assured me that the machine they repaired was worth the price of repair. I chose to keep our machine. Let's see how long this old machine lasts.....I might want that old Speed Queen!

Excellent experience. They are in and out of the shop so it can take a day to get in touch , but its well worth the wait. Jr, Fernando and the rest of the crew are wonderful to work with. They are professional, punctual, honest and reliable. I was recommended by a friend who said she had a great experience- I'm so pleased I took her referral. At first they didnt have what I needed- gas instead of electric. They said they'd find one and to call back in a week - boom - one week later and it was there as promised. The unit I bought is gleaming,looks brand new, and was installed with amazing care. I will only refer this shop.
