if I had a choice to give no stars I would absolutely do so I have encountered some of the worst customer service The representative’s name was Rick very condescending when asking questions this has not been the first encounter that this has happened but will be the last time that I come here. Not only does Rick not have Customer service skills and also seems as if he doesn’t have the right attitude to be in customer service overall One customer lost do not recommend

I ultimately didn’t buy anything from this shop. But I almost did. The owner also does appliance repair and he provided us with such good commentary and his thoughts on our current refrigerator situation. He knows and can fix anything, and I oddly found myself trusting him. Don’t let the store appearance fool you. The store is small but he has a lot in there. The appliances in his shop are either used or open box/new, but they’re all in great condition. If I ever found myself in another situation where I needed repairs or another refrigerator, I would definitely add this to my list of stores to check out.

I bought a refrigerator from Rick and his wife because of their good attitude towards me, I found the fridge was not working making ice at the first day they delivered to my house in Monterey Park. Call them next day, Rick comes the first day afternoon,made me realize that I have hope and depend on them,they come three days in a row and replace everything the fridge needs to be working,this store is seriously about their customers and they will make the customers happy at end,they build their reputation for their customers, appreciate their service and will continue to use them for future use.
