Before you ask the technician to come out and give you a quote make sure you ask if there is a fee with that, because i asked Ernesto Appliance to come out and check my fridge, since i decide not to go with him he turned around and charged me a $30.00 fee for coming out which we spoke over the telephone about 3 times and he never stated that, anyway i had my issue fixed for less than half of what he wanted charge me.
