Amazing inventory. We found the right size refrigerator and they gave the best price in the market. The whole purchase took 10 mins. Delivery guys were prompt and such pros. Including hauling away our old refrigerator, delivery and installation process took 20 mins max. We even got gifted a small blender from them, which turned out to be the best surprise! I’m glad we decided to try a mom and pop show, which they truly are.

Wow. Their labor day sale price is better than Costco n bestbuy!!! Just order a Samsung gas range with air fryer oven for my rental house. It's on sale for $800. I believe Costco has it for around $900+.

I had an amazing experience beginning-to-end with Han's Appliance. First, everyone was very helpful at the store. They informed me of all my choices and worked with me to find the washer/dryer combo that would be best for my price range + the space I had. I was able to schedule a delivery/old-item pick-up for the next day. The two workers were able to help me out when I didn't have everything ready. They also waited patiently a bit while I vacuumed/mopped the dirty empty space from the previous machines. I highly recommend this place!

Don't ever in your life ever get delivery from this piece of trash place. Price is cheap for a reason. In this case they say they deliver but they really don't. I was suppose to get a refrigerator delivered to the 2nd floor where I live and they said they don't. They told me we only deliver to the parking lot. From what I know refrigerator belongs in the kitchen am I wrong? If you want to get an appliance go somewhere else not here. Trust me it's a lot less stressful. Yet delivery is $200 and when the delivery guys come they want $100 each. So what your telling me is if you live in an apartment you don't do anything unless we as customers pay more. Hmmm can you say $400 delivery? Don't even try to lie saying that's not true. I heard the delivery guys say $200 more for delivery to 2nd floor.

We had been doing research on refrigerators for some time, shopping around at the big box stores with no luck. We saw Han's and went in to see what they had. It was a fantastic experience. Prices were often lower or at least competitive with Home Depot and Lowe's. The customer service was excellent, even with a slight language barrier. They also do delivery at fair prices. When it comes time for us to buy more appliances, probably a washer and dryer, I will go to Han's first. We had a nice long conversation about kim-chi while we were wrapping things up which was very informative and made us hungry. Haha! This place is now our first choice for appliances.
