Generally very happy with their service. I called at 11:30pm and an assistant answered the phone and created a ticket for the next day. The technician was prompt and fixed our dryer promptly on the first visit. The price was reasonable.

What a terrific service. I don't usually write reviews, but this is amazing. Great technical help, knowledgeable and had resources at his fingertips- was able to look up a part number on the fly. I ordered a part, and set up another appointment when it arrived, and we fixed the microwave- far less than $100 total. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Eli did a great job with repair and maintenance of our 6-burner Viking gas stove top. Three of the burners had not been lighting properly, for which he did have to replace one switch valve. Very satisfied — all burners working fine now!
