I’m very happy with both the quality of the refrigerator and the delivery service. The fridge arrived in excellent condition and works great. He kept me informed with clear communication about his estimated arrival time, which made the delivery process smooth and stress-free. Allan was also extremely careful while bringing the refrigerator into the house, taking extra precautions to protect my kitchen cabinets and floors from any damage. Had a really great time working with Allan! I needed a new dishwasher installed, and Allan was fantastic from start to finish. He showed up super quick and made the whole process painless and stress free. I was worried about making a train I couldn't, but he was so accommodating and helped me out that I had time to spare. David Euseda came to install my oven, and I had a great experience. He was very friendly and courteous, and he treated my belongings with care. He even moved my plants out of the way and carefully moved everything back when he was done. Sometimes having strangers in your home, especially when you’re not there, can be stressful, but David was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable with the service. He was also very thoughtful and went above and beyond by removing the oven racks from my old oven for me. Many times, if the customer hasn’t already done this, delivery people will say they can’t do it, so I really appreciated that extra effort. Overall, David went above and beyond to provide excellent service. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
