I hired this company because of the reviews, and I just want to say that I was wrong and basically paid the price for it. 1st he didn't show up to the appointments. But I gave him the benefit of the doubt. 2nd he sent someone totally different to fix my issues. That fix only lasted 1 day per out tenant. He was to give me pricing for a water filter as per my request but decided to install it without my confirmation. Once I asked him what the price was, it was 3 to 4 times more what I got it for online. And now that I called the guy he sent nothing was resolved, then called Juan for the repair and he just simply got aggressive over the phone and told me to do whatever I wanted and hung the phone. He claimed he is professional, but I don't think you are ''a professional'' when you do and say some of the things this guy was saying. You live and learn.

Juan is a great guy! He was able to find us the refrigerator we were looking for at a great price! We needed a refrigerator asap, and everything at the outlets were very expensive, so stopped by his shop and assured us he would find something for us within our budget. Within a day he was able to get us exactly what we were looking! Also, told him we needed the handle to be on the other side due to our reduced apartment space and he was able to switch it for us. Also, he not only made sure the refrigerator was in great working condition, but he also made sure it was fully cleaned and disinfected. It was like a brand new refrigerator! He reads his customers very well and knows what they are looking for. He is such a humble, hardworking, friendly man. He was able to deliver the refrigerator, connect it and made sure it was in good working condition. He also gave us a really good warranty in case anything happened to it. It's been 7 months since we got it and it's still running great! He really cares about his customers and knows about his products. He can fix it all! Highly recommend him! Gracias Juan :)
