Kimo's Appliance LLC

Working with Kimo's has been a delightful experience that I only hesitate to recommend because I selfishly want to keep them and all their available goodies for myself! As an apartment property manager, i always seem to have appliances that have issues that trigger needs for repair or replacement - and that means a premium on both our time and money. With Kimo's, I can go directly to the website to see what's available or go down to the shop to look, and once I've found what I need, the process to purchase and schedule delivery is quick and painless (and yes, even the prices won't break my budget!). Everyone has been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, from phone calls to installation. They have even been able to repair items we didn't purchase from them - even a washer i was afraid would be a lost cause. I would be truly lost without them!

I needed a new stove and I found Kimo's was easy to get to so I stopped in and they had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. The young lady assisting me was very nice, very helpful and didn't try to upsell me; but did help me narrow down the choices to the one I finally picked. I paid cash and it was delivered the next day; and they even hauled away my old stove at no additional cost. A few days later, I found I was having a little difficulty getting one of the burners to ignite properly so I called and without hesitation they scheduled a repair covered by warranty and two nice guys came out and did the work cleanly and neatly and I was back in business in no time. The owner especially is a really nice guy with reflects well with his courteous and knowledgeable staff. This is the place to start looking if you're in the market for a quality used appliance at 1/2 the price you'd pay for a new one; and just as good.

Had a great experience with Kimo’s! I got an awesome fridge for a good price. 5 months later we’re still very happy with our purchase. The owner James is a stand up guy, I kept sending idiots to pick up my fridge for delivery. James agreed to hold the fridge till I could find reputable professional movers, and even offered to help deliver himself when we had our apartment movers present (two flights of stairs here). Couldn’t recommend them enough!
