P & L Appliances

We purchased our first washer and dryer from P&L over 30 years ago and I still have them. Within that course I called the man about two times because my dryer was not hot or drying he repaired right away, no charge!!! Needless to say we purchased a used refrigerator for the garage and when my daughter moved out we went back to buy for my daughter. It’s a Mama and Papa store, Not a fancy place, maybe a little dingy but for the intended purpose of buying reliable appliances is worth it. The man is a man of few words, he shows you what you want, he may recommend what’s “better” but ultimately you make your decision. I noticed he repairs the appliances outside and brings them in the store to sell, I was concerned of bug infestations but we have never had a problem nor my daughter or friends that we have recommended through out the years! We are getting ready to buy a garage freezer and we are going to go see P&L first! You want a reliable appliance, just go to P&L.

He fixed my fridge the first time it was having freezing issues, he came and fixed for a decent price! After a month, I had an unrelated noise issue which he came and fixed in no time ! was honored w the warranty and didn't have to pay the second time around. My mom used to come to this place when i was a kid, and I can see why! Highly recommend

I bought a fridge from them a little over 4 years ago. They delivered and took out my old fridge for a great price. He promised at least 2 years with a 3 month warranty and my fridge last me 4 years. I'm so happy and will be returning soon for a new one and a washer and dryer. The owner was super kind and helped with any repairs I needed at a very decent price.

I purchased a rebuild ge profile arctica refrigerator, paid them cash, brought it home myself, and the next day i had cockroaches in my entire apartment. less than three years later the fridge broke down on me. P & L Appliances are not in business because of their quality, definitely not because of their customer service but simply because of there prices. cheap, cheap, cheap. you get what you pay for here. I suggest you pay 20% more and find a better reliable store. I will file a claim with the bbb and never do business with this company again!
