I had a refrigerator delivered to my place, and I can't say enough great things about this business. Its family owned, and they truly care about their customers. From their delivery man Hector, who did an awesome job all by his self. Very professional in his delivery and very kind in explaining to me how to operate my 'new' refrigerator, to going over the paperwork with me. If anyone out there wants a good price for a refrigerator and not have to worry about any damage on delivery..call R&R in Hemet. Im a new customer for life with them. (waiting for my next appliance to fail me) lol! Thank you R&R, I'm so glad my son found you for me.🥰

Horrible place. I really didn't want to write this review, but the dishonesty and lack of customer service was too much. We purchased a range for our kitchen and had it delivered. After it was installed I smelled gas. The installers said that they had to bleed the line and that would dissipate. After running an errand we returned to find the house full of gas. I then pulled the range out to find that the gas regulator was damaged and leaking gas. We were told that we had a warranty with the purchase. I called the next day and the owner told me that it was too expensive for him to honer the warranty. He said that the warranty was only good if it wasn't expensive. We are now stuck with a non working appliance that we just paid for. I wish you good luck if you purchase anything here.
