Saddleback Appliances

I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Saddleback Appliance and couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. It’s a no frills store tucked away in an industrial area with no real showroom. 1. Final price with installation was well below Bestbuy and competitive with the other big box stores. 2. Joel the salesman went out of his way to ensure that I could get the best product to suit my needs. He was very knowledgeable about with all the various manufacturers and their products. 3. The delivery/installation team of Adan and Grabriel were top notch. They did a 1st class job with the installation and removal of the old appliances.

Working with Saddleback Appliances was very pleasant. I was extremely happy with their willingness to disconnect my old washerdryer, haul it away, and, after, connecting and testing the new one, they showed me the important points I needed to know for running it. I got the feeling that my satisfaction was their highest priority, that they would go out of their way to accomodate me. They met my timing need for delivery. There is an advantage to buying from a privately owned business as opposed to a big box type franchise which usually doesn’t accomodate the customer’s need as much.

Hi Scott. I have to say that the purchase and installation of our new stove was a very pleasant experience. You were very helpful. You listened and sold us what we wanted and needed. The gentlemen who installed the stove were amazing. They had a half inch of clearance to get the stove through. They were patient and calm and managed to get the job done.
