Sung Shim Used Appliance

I've used this store 10 times because their prices were good. However the owner will do anything to avoid warranty repairs. It's been 3 times different equipment from here has failed in the warranty period and he will dodge calls, say he is "closed", or most recently said he is "very busy with another job" and he has canceled appointments without notice. Unfortunately I will no longer shop at this store and caution others.

The gentleness who work here are amazing. They are experts at fixing and selling used appliances. I have used their services twice and they are awesome! One time, I brought them a new portable a/c unit that needed a new cord. While I waited, they dismantled the entire back of the unit and installed the new power cord. It was a tricky job but they know what they are doing! The second time, I asked them to come to my house and look at both my old washer and dryer. The gentleman came right away, dismantled both appliances (no easy feat) and found the problem. He came back with new replacement parts and both machines have run like a charm ever since! Great work! Thank you!
