I bought a used washing machine from them. It would work and then not work, and was quite frustrating. But the owner/repair person was very responsive and came and checked it out the first time and fixed some error codes. It stopped working again and he came again and cleaned the filter. So hopefully this time it will work 100% right for a while. Overall, I appreciate how he responded and made 2 house calls. I was so down about getting scammed and having my money go down the drain like the washer but he seems legit enough. For that, I would like to provide this 5 stars review

These guys are great. My 40-year old Maytag refrigerator didn't blow cold air anymore. That's right, this old horse worked for 40 years without fail. This is when they still built things that last. The repair price is very reasonable, buying a new fridge would have cost 4X the repair cost. Buying a used fridge would have cost twice the repair cost. Quick and easy from scheduling appointments to repairs. Recommended.

Bought a used fridge for $600. Within the first week the fridge stopped working. A mechanic came to repair it and it worked temporarily. It stopped working again within a week. I went out of the country for a half a year. Roommates didn't report it again and used another fridge instead. I came back, went to Valley Appliances, and was told that the warranty only lasted three months, even for something that never really worked. $600 down the drain. Also, they recommended replacing a stove, because "it wasn't worth fixing", but some simple YouTube DIY cleaning made it work.
