Unorganized, Untimely, Unapologetic.
I got a call from Bill at 4pm asking to call him back to schedule a time for an installation the next day. I called back at 4:30. I asked for Bill but was told by another gentleman that he could assist since Bill was talking to another customer. His assistance: call back at 8:30am to get a 2 hour window.
I called back at 8:30am. I got Bill who said I didn't return his call. I told him I did, and that I was told to call back at 8:30am (unorganized). Instead of a 2 hour window, he gave me a 3 hour window: 10:30-1:30.
I didn't go into work so that I could be there for the full window. 1:30 rolls around and no word, so I call them and get told the original time was wrong, and that they'd be there at 2:30-3:00.
3:00 rolls around, I call again, and I'm told 3:30. 3:30 rolls around and I'm told 3:40. It ended up being 3:45. Extremely untimely at every opportunity, and I was stuck waiting the entire time. Zero proactive communication on their part.
The washer/dryer they were replacing was up almost two flights of stairs, but they sent one guy to manage it and did not inform him of the stairs. Again, unorganized.
Mistakes happen. Lateness happens. I get it. But the cherry on top was that no one at any point even seemed to care, to take accountability, or to apologize.
