Purchased a fridge and stove stainless steel for half the price of one appliance at lowes. The guy was nice and straight up. I can tell why sensitive people don't take a liking to his attitude.

I bought this fridge not too long ago (within this year) and he gave me a 90 day warranty. But he said that if anything happens to it (or if it stops working properly) after the 90 days he would come by to check it out and not charge the fee to come see it. Well, now that the fridge i bought from this store is starting to mess up, I've called him and he's charging me $50 ok instead of the usual $35 to come see it. And apparently he has no appointments available any time soon. He has such a rude attitude as well. When my mother called him instead of greeting her normally he instantly said "I HAVE NO APPOINTMENT RIGHT NOW!" which stunned her because he used to be polite and helpful. I don't recommend this place. It's a rip off and their products don't even last a year.

EXTREMELY POOR EQUIPMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ONLY SELL YOU JUNK. WHEN THERE EQUIPMENT STOPS WORKING, ALL OF A SUDDEN IT NO LONGER HAS WARRANTY AND THEY CAN CHARGE YOU TO COME LOOK AT IT AND STILL PAY FOR THE REPAIRS. THEIR PRIORITY IS SELLING WHATEVER THEY CAN AS FAST AS THEY CAN AND NOT CUSTOMER RETENTION OR APPRECIATION. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID. JUST BUY NEW!!!!

Warehouse Of Savings is terrible. I will NEVER use their services again. If you need one of your appliances fixed just go with a professional, sure they'll charge you an arm and a leg but you'll rest assured that you're appliance will be 100% again. In my experience: not only did they misdiagnose the malfunction from the start, but just to get them to come back (after they made things worse) so that they could finish fixing my appliance (since I had already payed them) was a hassle. It took them a few days to return to finish fixing my appliance. Keep in mind I had to keep calling them everyday to remind them of my problem, not once did they call me to tell me that they where on it. And they never apologized for misdiagnosing the problem that first day. Dealing with Warehouse Of Savings was a huge inconvenience.
