Ronnie provided expert, professional service in the repair of my washing machine. The first visit he did thorough diagnostics and it was determined that I needed a new mother board. Turn around time was within a week and now my machine is brand new. I highly recommend Westwood Appliance for your service needs. Martin and Dominique were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work, carefully maneuvering the unit into a tight space without any issues. They took the time to properly level everything and didn’t just drop it off and disappear , they actually came back before leaving the building to confirm the washer was running perfectly. That extra step really stood out and showed how much they take pride in their work. Professional, thorough, and genuinely caring about the customer experience. Danielle, Martin, and the rest of the team at Westwood Appliance saved the day after a failed delivery attempt from a big warehouse store. Danielle considered all my tough requests and thoughtfully presented the best options. She never gave up even though it took several days. I was honestly surprised by her tenacity and follow through; I'm used to being ghosted by other companies. In the end, Danielle was not only able to find a large enough W/D to fit my tiny space, but also GUARANTEE that it'd fit (the big warehouse store told me I'd have a 50/50 chance of it fitting and they won't take it back if it doesn't). She never pressured me to buy, even fully acknowledging they weren't the lowest price in town. In this case, I was willing to spend extra to have experienced professionals install and the assurance that all would be taken care of. When it came to installation, Martin and his helper were prompt and respectful. They took great care not to cause any damage, which was a feat given the tight squeeze through the door. He even had to do some impressive acrobatic work to plug the appliance in. Westwood Appliance went above and beyond. I wish I had gone to them first. It would've saved me countless hours of researching on my own and many headaches. I will definitely be using them again!
