Not pretty but pretty darn good! This past winter we bought a brand new and only slightly dented Electrolux stacked washer dryer for $800 less than we would have paid at any regular store(we had been shopping). Additionally, the owner kindly agreed to store our purchase for several days until we could pick it up. The business is on the west side of Redding in an old commercial building, very low-key simple so you know you're not paying for a fancy showroom. A variety of used (and tested) or slightly damaged new appliances. I felt I had many options. No high pressure salespeople, instead helpful and pragmatic repairmen who very kindly loaded and gave me their opinion on how to strap down a very tall washer dryer combo. Also super helpful that a great neighborhood Ace Hardware is two doors away. I bought extra ratchet straps so I didn't have to worry so much transporting over mountain passes. All in all I am super happy that I happened to hear an ad on the radio for this business. Totally a perfect place for anyone who doesn't need a long term warranty or Chi-Chi treatment. I will definitely check here the next time I'm looking for an appliance.

GO DOWN THE STREET TO "A1-1 APPLIANCE!!!" DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY HERE!!! If you have the time and money to waste and throw away, then by all means you should come to this store!!! I bought a washer, that I was told WORKED! Needless to say it did not and I was told they would fix it! I would've never knowingly bought a broke wash machine! And then they refused me a refund. I'm the guy that left the wash machine in front of your store that same night I purchased it. I refused to store their junk at my house. If you want my suggestion, A1-1 APPLIANCE is down the street from this store and i've always had good luck with them over the past 20 years. GO TO A1-1 APPLIANCE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY AT AMERICAN APPLIANCE!!!
