J & J liquidations

My husband and I went in and bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator. They delivered them all to me on Christmas Eve. We got an amazing deal on all the appliances. After having them for a little less than a month the washer quit working. We knew we didnt but it technically brand-new so instead we decided to deal with the manufacture warranty.. We all know how fun that is. So I gave J and J a call to see if they had more information on the warranty and whatnot. Instead, he immediately asked me what was wrong. I explained the washer wouldnt drain. He then said for me to call him back and they would set up a time to come look at it. Instead he sent the crew up, took my washer back and found out the pump quit. He paid for the pump to be sent and fixed it. Hes now bringing my washer back to me. I live in shingletown. John has gone above and beyond for me. Im beyond thankful for his commitment to excellence!

Purchased a new fridge today my other one is a 1-2 years, spent 3000 and it is not working, I am waiting on it to be repaired and saw there listings on Facebook. They had some very nice fridges at very affordable prices. Super nice guy will definitely be back, he not only has fridges and freezers but also dryers and washers and couches!!!
