I'm giving them 2 stars only bcuz they did deliver(even though they wouldn't install because they gave me "such a good deal" on the three appliances I bought)and bcuz the appliances do actually work. But the reason I'm not happy is because, then I went to home Depot and I found the exact same appliances that I purchased, BRAND NEW, for about $300 less, per appliance. For example the oven I paid over $900 for used, they have brand new, at home Depot for about $600.. Same with the refrigerator. I could've paid the same $2000 to home depot and got all brand new appliances, probably installed..... They were nice enough to take my old appliances which I'm sure that they cleaned up and made money on also. I guess it's my fault for just assuming a used appliance store would have better deals and not shopping around UPDATE: The refrigerator that I bought last year for $1000... That cost the same brand new at home depot, completely stopped working. The fridge and freezer won't get cold and th ice maker is dead. The only thing that works is the lights. One year after buying a $1000 refrigerator, I already need a new one. I'm sorry but this is bullshit. I didn't know I can buy it new for the same price... I wish I had it wouldstill be working... What a waste of money and after reading how they treated all of their other customers that had problems I know it's probably a waste of time to even call and ask them to do anything about it.... This place is a ridiculous rip off! I'm pissed

There is a huge selection of appliances to choose from, especially washers and dryers. Name brand appliances and older, but repaired and working, he'll find a deal that works for you. All the staff are friendly and professional. I was super stoked to get my washer and dryer delivered the same day I bought it! Go see what Nate has if you're looking to get a deal like I did today!

I needed a fridge fast and went to Appliances Plus in Anderson. They are by far superior to their local competitors with a spacious, clean showroom, huge selection of appliances and a knowledgeable family friendly staff. I found a beautiful 2019 Whirlpool refrigerator with French doors for $990 (including sales tax). The price to buy this new today would be $2,122 (including sales tax). Appliance Plus offers a 10% discount for VA & seniors over 55 bringing my price down to $891 which includes a 30 day warranty. With their 30 day "same as cash" payment option I only paid $446 the day of purchase and the remaining balance of $445 due by 3/11/2022. It was delivered 4 hours later and works perfectly. Best Deal Ever! Truly good people that treat their customers with dignity, kindness and respect.
