Great ownership. Today is May 19th 2026. In February we my mother and I went shopping. After Costco we stopped here. We we live in mt shasta. The follow up service is superb. The ownership of Tom and Susie(sp) give the true value. 5 stars. Absolutely worth my time to post what was important for my mom, because this company understands business customer service. The two men Josh and J were great. Today we had an adjustment to our equipment. Great service as far away as we are from Redding.

Best appliance store in Redding. Tom and Susie are very knowledgeable in the products they sell. I had an older front loader washer that I didn’t like. Even though they love their front load washers, I wanted a large capacity top loader. They showed me the variety of top load washers they sell and after asking what is important to me in a washer, they recommended the one I bought. I am very pleased with my new top loader! My clothes are super clean and the best thing is, I can add something I forgot! We also bought a wonderful oven with air fryer option (we use a lot) and an upright freezer that’s great! I highly recommend Appliances Direct in Redding.
