Two words: Loaner Fridge! 🤯 Where other appliance stores failed us, Nichols went above and beyond! We really needed a black stainless steel side by side counter depth fridge and everywhere else was going to take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. We had already given up and ordered something else online from Home Depot when we came across Nichols and their amazing team! It was all so easy and convenient! I was able to do the whole transaction over the phone without having to go in person and waste 2+ hours in store like we did at another local place. 🙄 Derek, whom I first spoke with, right away mentioned they'd give us a loaner fridge during our short wait for our new fridge and I was taken aback! A loaner fridge? The thought never crossed my mind, but how wonderful! I also spoke with a Dakota who was just as friendly and helpful as Derek and a couple of days later they brought us the loaner fridge on the day and time we had set and then less than a week later they brought and installed our new fridge without issue and great service, again on the day and time we had discussed - no waiting between a time frame of multiple hours - just a call as they were about to head over to make sure we were here at the time we agreed and then showing up 30 minutes later! I'm recommending everyone I know to Nichol's! I don't remember everyone's names that helped, but Thank you again to everyone there!

I can’t recommend Nichols Appliance & Mattress enough! Derek, the owner, is one of the nicest and most genuine people you could ever work with. I explained exactly what I needed from a washer — something powerful enough to handle large dog beds, blankets, and heavy loads — and he recommended the perfect machine. Not only is the washer absolutely amazing, but it was also the best price I could find anywhere, both locally and online. I honestly didn’t know my blankets could come out this clean! The entire staff was also incredible — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. It was just an all-around fantastic experience from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be purchasing all of my appliances from Nichols moving forward. And bonus — they sell mattresses too! Highly recommend Nichols Appliance & Mattress in Anderson!

Derek worked with me to figure out the best range to fit in a mobile home we are remodeling. Everything is different in a mobile, so his help was much appreciated. Jesse delivered the range and uwas not just efficient, but personable and cheerful. A great overall experience. If I need other appliances, they have earned my business.

Such nice people! And beautiful clean open store! It is a 1 stop shop for sure! I found the exact range I had been looking at, at a big box. I decided to support local! They went through the 3 ranges and what the differences were and we determined what I needed. In no way ever did he try to upsale me! He let me choose what I needed and respected my budget. They even have delivery. We came home from said big box store for other needs and it was there on my porch. Wrapped nice for safe delivery. I was way past due for an upgrade! I went from a 90s oven microwave and 2 burner cook top to this all in one beauty! (Minus microwave) The only thing they didnt warn me about is...its so beautiful I dont want to use it to get it dirty! Husband is still waiting on dinner..its been 3 days! 🤣😁 Thank you! We will come back!
