If I could give more stars I would! I bought a washer and dryer set from them in 2020 it finally broke on us…. I went back here to get a new washer and the lady there told me and my wife our warranty is still good! They came fixed the part and something else went bad! They fixed that too! I love family owned businesses because they take care of you! I recommend them 100%

I wouldn't have even given them 1 star, but I needed to say how horrible their service is. Everybody has an off day, but at least you call your customer to tell them you are running late. My delivery was supposed to be from1:00pm to3:00pm on 2 /12/25. It is 6:40pm, and they are still not here. When my roommate finally contacted them, they rescheduled for 6:15pm. It is now 6:42pm.

Wow, walked in ready to buy used washing machine. They were honest about why they didn't sell them used. Then i just explained that it wasn't emptying after garbage disposal replacement. He said one moment, walked into the back and returned with a new disposal to show me that new disposals have a plastic plug that needs to be punched. and showed me with a real one in front of me how to do it, i will definitely go back, if i ever have a reason to.

This is easily the best service shop I've worked with. Multiple positive service calls to the house over the years with most trips fixing the problem without the need for costly replacements. Tim and Larry were the reps that helped us today. Made time on the night before Thanksgiving, were both professional and informative. Can confirm they provided accurate prices of replacement parts and made every attempt to fix the issue with our dryer prior to recommending replacing the heating element, which was truly the only viable solution. Couldn't recommend Gianelli's more!
