I do not recommend this place. They gave me a delivery time of 1:00 of refrigerator/freezer. Very bad on communication. I got very frustrated as our food sat out for hours waiting for delivery. After several unanswered calls/texts they finally responded. I finally got my 90 year old mother’s appliance at 5:00. Next day no ice no water. I had heated discussions with the owner who told me I could clean out the fridge and he would come get it tomorrow and give me money back!! Tomorrow!!! Dude I work and don’t have time for this!! Long story short I was told I have a one year warranty for the defective part through manufacturer. I needed to contact Fridgidaire. 3 days later manufacturer came out to replace the part. Never will I return to this business…

I bought a clothing washer that doesn't wash the clothes, the agitater does not work. I told the owner and he said to come into the store for an exchange. I went to the store and then instead of the exchange, the owner said that it is normal for my clothes not to move in the washer. At this point I asked for a refund because at this point I cannot trust an exchange and he will not exchange. He then gets mad and says no refunds or exchange at all because the washer was tested beforehand. An employee came outside of the store when I went to leave claiming that they could do a refund and that they will call tomorrow to pick the washer up. That never happened. I later contacted the owner asking about the pick up and refund. At this point he now says that he has to inspect it in my house before any refund or exchange. He keeps changing the policy and it is very confusing. And what is the point of inspecting the washer if he claims it is normal for a small load of clothes not to move at all? I cannot trust the inspection They're policy is printed on the receipt, no exchange no refund, which is told to you only after you buy it.

Purchased a washer on Friday, was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I got stood up. They finally delivered it on Sunday instead. I hooked it up and tried it out. It didnt matter which mode I put it on, it malfunctioned in one way of another. I sent the owner a text letting him know that it wasn't working correctly and that one of the issues was that when I put it on rinse and spin, it would fill up but it would not agitate then it would spin. After the spin it said the rinse was complete. He told me i could come in to exchange for a different washer. I went in there to get a new washer, he asked what was wrong with the one he delevered. I told him the same thing thay i told him over text. He told me that was normal, lifted the lid on another washer, tried to explain to be that it was normal that it didnt agitate and not move the clothing, told me that the machine was tested before it was delivered, and that there is nothing wrong with the machine. He would not let me exchange for another washer. Another man who works there came out after we left the door and told us he would come pick it up and refund our money. That never happened. I sent a text to the owner. He basically said that there is no exchange and no refund. He said the only thing he would be willing to do is come look at it. Im very uncomfortable with him being in my home because of how untrustworthy he has proven to be. Im out of $650 and stuck with a broken washer Now I have to take them to court. Edit: He said if I respect him the way he wants he will let me exchange.
