Had an Awesome buying experience with Chong Suh in Roseville His product knowledge and information helped us upgrade from the original washer and dryer we came in to look at. Just happen to mention we would be interested in a new fridge sometime this year. Well he found us the best refrigerator and the discounts and rebates on an LG. Bought that too. If you want the best information and professionalism. Go ask for Chong.

A deeply unpleasant experience. Confusion and irritation trying to order my appliances, as I was told that since I'd already worked with someone in the store I could call the following day to make my order instead of needing to go back in person. However, the employee who answered the phone told me that my billing address had to match my shipping address in order to do a phone order. It hadn't been changed yet because I was still in the process of moving, so I said that wouldn’t work and was told I could *only* place my order in the store. Then by the time I was called back later I was very busy (because I was in the middle of prepping for a move!) and was told it was a miscommunication and that actually they could put it in with the billing address being different. I almost didn't put in an order at that point and I should have listened to my gut because things kept getting worse. The delivery people were awful, specifically a man named Guillermo. He was pushy, rude, lazy (tried to take one of my doors off the hinge after I said no so that he could save a few feet of effort carrying my fridge through a different doorway) and insisted many times that I have him install new valves for $250 before he would install my washer. He also put me on the phone with his manager so they could bully me into getting the valves done, too. I said no multiple times before I finally said he could replace them just because I was in a panic about having to figure out how to hook everything up myself and so I shut down and gave him what he wanted. Then, he said that I should drive him in my own car to the hardware store to get the parts, and he wanted me to also pay for the parts myself, insisting he would pay me back later. He relented and drove himself there when I told him no and walked away, but I couldn't believe how inappropriate it was to even ask. When he came back, it was with two cold water valves (blue) instead of a blue and red, so now they aren't even labeled correctly. He then insisted that I pay him for the valves at that very moment—I had expected to receive some kind of invoice for later—and that I read my card info over the phone to god only knows who. I was wildly uncomfortable with this and asked if I could pay any other way. Luckily I happened to have a checkbook on hand so I paid with that, though I was not thrilled at that prospect either. I complained to Homewise and did get a $100 credit refunded, but the manager, Sultan, didn't seem terribly concerned with my delivery experience and how unsafe and uncomfortable I felt in my own home as a woman alone that day. I don’t think $100 is enough to make up for that experience, especially after being bullied into spending $250 that I didn’t intend to spend in order to replace the valves. I also got no real reassurances that the delivery person in question would be reprimanded or let go. I normally do not advocate for employees to be fired, but I don’t feel like that man was safe to have in people’s homes and I think they should take their delivery people’s behavior more seriously than this. He had zero boundaries and I honestly feel lucky that nothing even worse happened. After that nightmare was over, the second time I used my new washer it leaked out the bottom and onto the floor, and Homewise said it wasn’t their problem and refused to replace it or deal with it at all. They told my husband to contact LG. So I did, and LG was terrible to go through but we did get it fixed in the end. Absolutely wild that Homewise wouldn't even contact LG themselves to make it easier on us, or just give us a brand new appliance since this one was faulty out of the box. They don't stand behind their appliances at all. I would never do business here again.

I will start off by saying this had nothing to do with our sales person Thomas, he was great. However, everything after that has done nothing but gone downhill. It all started when I got my delivery window the day prior to my delivery. I was the first stop of the day so my window was 8am-12pm which was fine. Then 9pm that night I recieved not one, but two calls from a random number asking if I spoke Spanish, which I dont. Then he asked me if he could come at 7am (which did not work because my realtor was meeting me at the house at 8am to hand the keys off to me since we had just purchased the house). He seemed to understand and said ok thats fine he will see me at 8 and we hung up. Not but 15 minutes later I relieved ANOTHER call asking if I could do 6am.. like seriously? I explained again that no, I would not have access to the house until 8am. He then asked if 7:25 would work and at the point I just said not 8am is the only time and he said he understood and we hung up again. Now fast forward to the morning of the delivery and 7:20 comes around and I recieved 2 calls again which I did not answer because I was driving. Then about 16 minutes before I was to arrive at 8am i got ANOTHER call with them telling me they had arrived but no one was there. Which was obvious considering the phone conversations the night prior. He asked me to give him the lockbox code to the house that had the keys and which I refused. Not only did I not have the code, but why would I give strangers access to my house. THEN during the delivery they were in such a rush they damaged my fridge leaving dents on the doors, so I refused it. Then they set up the rest of my items which also included a stove, washer and dryer. I paid for installing so he showed me that the washer and dryer worked and had to cut it short because he got my user manual wet because he left it in the washer which ruined it. Fast forward again to my new fridge getting installed today. It ended up having some minor dents and at that point we were 4 days with no fridge so I just accepted it. He hooked up the water and now the water and ice maker does not work. Customer service called me minutes after they left and I let them know and she asked for pictures which I sent at 8:30am and never got a response back. I asked if she received them at 9:45am and got this back "yess I am reviewing them right now" and never heard back after. THEN I tried using my washer for the first time today, which they installed and low and behold it flooded my entire garage ruining all of my stuff in cardboard boxes from our move. I have yet to hear back with a solution and there will be a follow up. I am absolutely livid at this point.

I am so happy with my recent refrigerator purchase. I had done tons of research on the fridge I wanted, shopped at the big box brand stores, but it was way out of my price range. Went to Homewise and found my dream refrigerator there for half the retail price. Unbelievable. The refrigerator is perfect. It was a floor model and I could not be happier. Our sales rep was super cool (Tyler) and I highly recommend him. I will always shop here first for aĺ my major appliance needs.

🩷 Ask for LEXI 🩷 She is absolutely the BEST! A week earlier my friend was interested in a new refrigerator and washer and dryer, but had not placed her order yet. Lexi found out the prices were going up and gave my friend a call to let her know about the increased prices and shared that since my friend had just gotten a quote the week prior that Lexi was able to honor the original price quote from the previous week if she came in and placed the order asap. So we dropped in and sure enough, Lexi was able to honor the original quoted price and save my friend hundreds of dollars. Not only was that wonderful news for my friend, the Warranty that Airport Appliance offers is AMAZING! The warranty is Only $350.00 and the one thing that stood out to me, if you purchased a refrigerator and the warranty from them, and say the power goes out and the food in your refrigerator spoils, they replace the food! And if the item is delivered with any damage, she said do not accept shipment and they will deliver another brand new item. The last thing was if they have made 3 attempts to make repairs to your appliance and it still doesn’t work they will give you a brand new replacement item! You should definitely inquire with Lexi for the full details of the warranty. Personally I know where to go when I need our next appliances and I will definitely be asking for Lexi to help me.
