I made an appointment for them to fix my fridge, I called on a Sunday and they explained they were booked up. They let me know they can come out Tuesday or Friday. Never giving me a time or exact date. Thursday I get a call saying they will be at my house 8am-1pm. No show, no call, no text. I reschedule it for Saturday. They informed me they would be at my house 8am-9am. No text, no call. No show. Horrible customer service. There store is nice though. Most product is damaged on the outside, store is clean. Customer service is good in-store.

We couldn’t be more pleased! We recently discovered Infinite Appliance when we were in the market for a new refrigerator. I knew exactly what I was looking for; French door, stainless steel, with water and ice dispenser in the door. And Viviana helped us locate that in store at a great price. She also set up a delivery and install that worked best for our schedule. The delivery and install team were great; they showed up exactly when they said they would, they were extra careful bringing the fridge in (which included having to remove our front door from the hinges). They were respectful of our new flooring and took care to ensure nothing scratched it. I appreciate the care and professionalism they showed while delivering and installing this refrigerator. Our new GE French Door fridge is a beauty, and works perfectly! I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back when we need to replace our next appliance. I highly recommend going to Infinite Appliance!

Reached out to these folks to see if they had a match to my discontinued set and sure enough they did! Even delivered and installed it with my existing pedestals same day over a weekend!! Highly recommend these folks for a good deal and a quality appliance! I’m definitely working with them when I need another appliance!! Thank you so much!! LG upgraded this model and discontinued the color and I was able to replace the washer with the same color and model I needed! Thank you so much!!
