Very dishonest people stay away. Bought a washer and dryer from them. They told me that I would have an extend warranty. Well they lied no warranty and have had nothing but problems with the washer and dryer keep getting power failures. I will never own any Maytag or buy anything from Nelthorpe & son. Do yourself a favor go through someone elsewhere save yourself the headache and $$$.
