Amazing customer service! I called about getting a replacement part for my washing machine, but instead of telling me the price, they patiently walked me through how to fix it over the phone! As soon as I arrived he greeted me and took me to the items he had on hand. He was willing to work with me and assured me of the 60 day warranty along with same day delivery. Very satisfied with the service from Damian. He was able to get my washing machine fixed & ready to be used again within the same day. I was happy i didnt have to wait any days for a piece to be ordered & he had the exact pieces in hand that my washer needed. I called in such a short notice since my washer started making a loud noise this morning when i did a load & he was able to come as soon as he had finished up with his appointments he had scheduled. Thank you again & if I ever have any problems again I am definitely calling Southside Appliances & definitely referring them!!
