Had their technician come and check our refrigerator..he stated that it needed a part for the motor..he then said the part would be ordered and would take a few days for the part to get in. He then said I would only be charged for him coming out and the remainder of the job would be charged after the completion of the job..he specifically stated that my credit card would only be charged for him coming out and the remainder would be charged after the completion of the service. Valley Oak charged the full amount before they even completed the service. When I cancelled the service, they assured me that the charge pertaining to the part & service would be reversed within 5 working days.. it's been over 2 months since they assured me of the return of funds owed to me has still not been settled. This is the first time I've used this company and I'm very disappointed as they were referred by Home Depot. I've since spoken to their customer service and they stated that they will correct this matter..not sure if I will use them anymore, but their customer service was at least understanding and stated will make sure they refund what they charged. Not sure if I would recommend them to family & friends...my advice is to not solely rely on recommendations from Home Depot.

So fast and professional. I called at 1:30 with an issue, and was told that they could get someone out between 2 and 4. By 1:45, the tech was here. He showed us how the appliance in question worked, what the issue is, why it couldn't be repaired today, and what our choices were. Im so impressed and will always use them in yhe future!
