I went into the store looking for a drawer for our new family addition. Gerardo was very attentive and helpful with advising me on the differences between a drawer and a chest. Excellent service! Very helpful! They care about the customer experience and establishing relationships with the customer. Purchase of Speed Queen washer/dryer was smooth for 1st time buyers from Alfonso’s. I look forward to doing business with them again for our furniture needs.
