My first time putting a grill from them. It will not be my last. The store has a nice range of selection and is all priced where it should be. The customer service was exceptional. They helped me over the phone with all my annoying questions and then the same level when I finally came into the store. When I am ready to add a smoker, I’ll be back!

This review is for Saul at bbq galore Valencia. He communicates well and helped me pick the right parts. The installation team were also very efficient. The schedulers however were awful. They need to communicate better. They never answer the phone when you call them but since Saul did such a great job I didn’t want to give a bad rating. Thanks Saul

I give a 2 star. Cool store, wish I had one in my home town, seems how I live 2hrs away. The customer service is a big joke! All the guy wanted is my money, and me to hurry up and leave. Terrible terrible service, will never be back to this location! True money pig working there!
